SLUTTY (Sexually Liberated and Unapologetically Taking Time for You) is a femme-led, all-gender, year-long journey into pleasure, presence, and personal power. This transformational program creates a brave space where you can shed shame, explore your deepest desires, reclaim your body as sacred, and build relationships that honor your whole, authentic self—including the parts you’ve been taught to hide.
The 2026 cohort begins January 3rd with a kick-off call, CORE online learning, plus optional virtual sessions (SALON, GO DEEPER) and/or monthly in-person GATHER sessions at BOINK in western Massachusetts.

Reclaiming the Erotic
We'll reframe the term "slutty" as devotion to aliveness, curiosity, and truth rather than shame or stereotype. Explore what being fully alive means to you through sensual journaling and creating your personal Erotic Manifesto.
February
Releasing Shame
We'll unlearn cultural conditioning about our bodies, gender, and sexuality through somatic shame release and compassionate mirror work. Discover the link between vulnerability and power as you reframe old stories that no longer serve you.

Body Literacy &
Sensual Presence
We'll learn to listen to our bodies as oracle, attuning to pleasure, boundaries, and our yes/no signals. Practice breath, touch, and movement to awaken your senses and map your unique pleasure landscape.

Solo Sexuality &
Self-Worship
We'll honor self-pleasure as devotion, sovereignty, and healing beyond performance. Create a sensual altar and practice touching yourself like you're sacred through guided self-worship rituals.

Emotional Alchemy
We'll metabolize difficult feelings (desire, jealousy, envy) as fuel for connection, clarity, and transformation. Learn somatic processing techniques to discover the wisdom living in all your emotions
June
Designing Desire
We'll design our relational life with clarity and consent, identifying what we truly burn for. Practice desire mapping, boundary creation, and embodied yes/no exploration to support your liberation.
July
Play & Embodiment
We'll reclaim joy and curiosity through somatic improvisation, kink, and creative ritual. Expand your erotic capacity through partner play, sensual movement, and playful exploration.
August
Power, Command, & Consent
We'll develop inner authority, boundaries, and confident communication as we explore eros as power. Practice command voice and reclaim "no" as a sacred spell to dominate your own life.
September
Eros in Community
We'll navigate erotic energy, connection, and consent in community spaces with sovereignty. Learn accountability rituals and practice showing up slutty and sovereign with others.
October
Myth, Archetype, & Fantasy
We'll integrate shadow, fantasy, and archetype to access hidden power and play. Embody erotic personas through archetype labs, fantasy writing, and erotic mask rituals.
November
Ritual & Integration
We'll weave eros into daily and communal life by ritualizing our pleasure and power. Design personal erotic rituals and practice pleasure as prayer to sustain your transformation.
December
Crowning & Celebration
Finally, we'll celebrate our transformation and offer embodied wisdom back to the community. Reflect on who you've become through your slutty devotion and crown your year-long journey.
Monthly Rhythm
Depending upon the path you choose, you'll have access to CORE learning and some combination of the other sessions.
CORE: learning essentials
Online self-study modules accessible via phone or laptop, and available the first of each month, to introduce the theme, teach core information, suggest self-work, and provide additional resources for deeper exploration.
SALON: discuss & reflect in community
We'll meet virtually on the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30-9pm ET for virtual peer discussion and reflection circles for integration and community support.
GO DEEPER: special guests & deep dives
Each third Tuesday from 7:30-9pm ET) we'll dive into advanced virtual sessions with guest teachers and deeper skill-building.
GATHER: in-person immersive experiences
Come out each fourth Saturday from 2-4pm for in-person immersions at BOINK in Holyoke, MA, featuring hands-on embodied practices, ritual, and connection.

No. I believe we all have more in common than differences. SLUTTY is femme-led and open all genders. All bodies, identities, and expressions welcome.
Perfect! Curiosity is the only requirement. This program meets you where you are. You don't get assignments - you get invitations and it's up to you whether to explore further or not.
Absolutely. What’s shared in SLUTTY stays in SLUTTY. We'll discuss community agreements around consent and confidentiality during our kick-off call, and all participants must agree to abide by them.
